On July 3, 2026, Quanzhou DIFOS Smart Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("DIFOS Smart Manufacturing"), a subsidiary of the Group, officially commenced operations in Jinjiang, China, marking another milestone in the expansion of Santic Group's intelligent manufacturing network.

The opening ceremony of DIFOS Smart Manufacturing was held at the new facility in a festive and celebratory atmosphere. Mr. Fred, Chairman of Santic Group, and Ms. Emma, General Manager of the Group's Brand Division, together with senior executives, the DIFOS management team, and all employees, gathered to witness this important milestone. Group leaders also presented red packets to employees to celebrate the opening and wish a successful start.

DIFOS Smart Manufacturing specializes in high-quality professional sportswear and footwear production.
