On September 10, the “Fabrics China 2026” series, organized by the China Textile Information Center, visited Santic Group. Zhou Changnian, Director of the Industrial Innovation Office of the China Textile Information Center, attended and moderated the event.

The event brought together 15 high-quality textile and apparel supply chain enterprises from across China, covering key areas including raw materials, dyes and chemical auxiliaries, fabrics, trims and accessories, garment manufacturing, and color services. The event aimed to establish an efficient and targeted platform for supply and demand matching, facilitating resource sharing, collaborative innovation, and mutual development across the industry.

Precisely Addressing Needs, Efficiently Connecting Solutions

At the event, Fred Hou, President of Santic Group, delivered the opening remarks, extending a warm welcome and sincere thanks to representatives from high-quality supply chain enterprises across the country. He noted that, as the textile industry accelerates its transformation and upgrading, collaborative innovation across the upstream and downstream of the industry chain has become a key driver of high-quality development for both enterprises and the industry as a whole. Santic Group has always upheld an open and mutually beneficial approach to cooperation and looks forward to strengthening collaboration with high-quality supply chain partners and jointly exploring new opportunities for development.

Following the opening remarks, Zeron Zhang, Senior Manager of the Materials Management Center at Santic Group, gave a presentation outlining Santic Group's supply chain requirements. He provided a detailed overview of the Group's brand profile, product portfolio, supply chain management standards, and current needs. He noted that, in response to consumers' growing demand for comfort and functionality in apparel, Santic Group is actively promoting technological innovation and quality upgrading across its supply chain, while clearly defining its needs and areas of cooperation.

Following the presentation of Santic's requirements, participating supply chain enterprises introduced their products and technologies in turn, showcasing the latest technologies and products in areas including green fibers, biobased dyes and auxiliaries, and advanced textile materials and accessories. The event featured active exchanges, with both sides engaging in in-depth discussions on specific technical parameters, cost control, and cooperation models. Several potential areas for collaboration were identified, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation.

Building Bridges to Support Industrial Chain Upgrading

The textile and apparel industry is currently entering a new stage of high-quality development characterized by green, digital, and intelligent transformation. By proactively presenting its technological requirements and engaging directly with supply chain partners, Santic Group enabled upstream and downstream suppliers to gain a more precise understanding of its material development priorities and quality control standards. This will help both sides better align their product development strategies, improve supply-demand matching, and shorten the cycle from demand identification to cooperation.

Looking ahead, Santic Group will continue to work closely with upstream and downstream partners to contribute to the sustainable and high-quality development of the industry ecosystem.
